Refund Policy

কোর্স ফি রিটার্ন পলিসি:

১. ওয়েবসাইটের সম্পূর্ণ কোর্স আপডেট হবে ২০শে জুলাই। আপডেট কোর্সের উপর ফিডব্যাক দিয়ে আপনি জিতে নিতে পারেন ১০০% রিফান্ড।

২. আমাদের সিলেবাসে যে টপিক গুলো আছে এগুলো নিয়েই আপনাকে ফিডব্যাক দিতে হবে৷ কারণ এগুলোই আমাদের কোর্সের মূল বিষয়।

৩. আমরা বলে দিতে চাই যে, আমাদের কোর্সটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে কম্পিলিট করার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই ল্যাপটপ/পিসি ব্যবহার করতে হবে৷ এছাড়াও আপনি যদি মোবাইল ফোন দিয়ে কাজ করতে চান তাহলে কিছু নির্দিষ্ট ক্যাটাগরির কাজ করতে পারবেন।

৪. আমাদের কোর্সের ক্লাস সময় সাধারণত ২ মাস৷ দুই মাস আমরা লাইভ ক্লাস নিয়ে থাকি। ২০শে জুলাই কোর্স আপডেট হলে এর পরবর্তী দুই মাসের মধ্যে আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণ কোর্স কম্পিলিট করতে হবে লাইভ ক্লাসের সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে এবং কোর্স শেষ করার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী আবেদন করতে হবে।

৫. অবশ্যই আপনাকে ওয়েবসাইটের কোর্স ১০০% কম্পিলিট করতে হবে, লাইভ ক্লাসের সবগুলো নোট করতে হবে, ওয়েবসাইটের সব এসাইনমেন্ট ফেসবুক গ্রুপে জমা দিতে হবে।
প্রতিটি লাইভ ক্লাস শেষে স্ক্রিনশট নিয়ে প্রাইভেট ফেসবুক গ্রুপে জমা দিতে হবে৷ এভাবে আমরা আপনার এটেন্ডেন্স কাউন্ট করবো।
বি.দ্র: কারো এসাইনমেন্ট কপি করলে, নোট কপি করলে সে রিফান্ড পলিসি থেকে বাদ যাবে।

৬. আমরা কোনো আর্নিং গ্যারান্টি দেই না, আমরা স্কিল ডেভেলপ করতে বলি৷ আপনাকে অবশ্যই স্কিল ডেভেলপের দিকে ফোকাস রাখতে হবে। আমরা কিন্তু আর্নিং গ্যারান্টি দিচ্ছি না, স্যাটিসফ্যাকশন গ্যারান্টি দিচ্ছি।

৭. কোর্স চলাকালীন সময়ে অবশ্যই আপনাকে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখতে হবে। নিয়মিত সাপোর্ট নিতে হবে এবং সুবিধা-অসুবিধা জানাতে হবে।

৮. ফি রিটার্ন নেয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই আপনাকে আমাদের ঘাঁটতিগুলো জানাতে হবে। আমাদের মূল উদ্দেশ্য আপনাদের ফিডব্যাক নিয়ে আমাদের উন্নতি করা। তাই অবশ্যই “যুক্তিসম্মত” ফিডব্যাক দিবেন আমাদের — এটাই আমাদের প্রত্যাশা।

Course Fee Refund Policy:

  1. The full course on our website will be updated on July 20. By providing feedback on the updated course, you can win a 100% refund.

  2. You must give feedback based only on the topics mentioned in our syllabus, as these are the core components of our course.

  3. Please note that to complete our course properly, you must use a laptop/PC. If you want to work using a mobile phone, you will only be able to work on specific categories.

  4. Our course duration is generally 2 months, and during this time we conduct live classes. After the course is updated on July 20, you must complete the course within the next two months, keeping pace with the live classes. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of completing the course.

  5. You must complete 100% of the website course, take notes from all live classes, and submit all assignments in the Facebook group.
    After each live class, you must take a screenshot and submit it to the private Facebook group. This is how we will count your attendance.
    Note: If anyone copies assignments or notes, they will be disqualified from the refund policy.

  6. We do not offer any income guarantee. Our goal is to help you develop skills. You must focus on skill development. We guarantee satisfaction, not earnings.

  7. During the course period, you must stay in touch with us, take regular support, and inform us of any issues or difficulties.

  8. To claim a refund, you must inform us of the shortcomings you experienced. Our main goal is to improve through your feedback. So, please provide logical and constructive feedback — that’s our only expectation.
